WHY WORKFLOW LIFT

Built from real project and business experience.

I’m Timothy Moon, MS, MBA, PMP, founder of Workflow Lift.

I built Workflow Lift because I kept seeing the same problems across project delivery and operations: unclear workflows, weak handoffs, avoidable rework, and too much critical knowledge living in people’s heads. I wanted to turn practical experience into systems that small businesses and project professionals can actually use.

After more than 15 years working across project management, project delivery, operations, and business, I created Workflow Lift to provide practical books, workbooks, trackers, and implementation systems that help people work with more clarity, ownership, and consistency.

About Workflow Lift
Before you buy

Questions, answered clearly.

Which Workflow Lift resource should I start with?

Start with the problem you need to solve now. Client Start is for signed work that is not truly ready to begin; Foundation is for recurring operational work; Client Delivery is for active execution; Client Closeout is for acceptance, transfer, and closure; AI Project Delivery is for controlled AI use in project work; and AI Workflow & Automation is for repeatable AI-supported workflows. You do not need to read the books in order. Use the Start Here guide if you want a side-by-side recommendation.

What is the difference between a book, a toolkit, and a bundle?

A book explains the operating method. A toolkit provides the companion implementation resources identified on its product page. A book-and-toolkit bundle combines both. File formats and included resources vary, so use the product description to confirm exactly what you are purchasing.

Can I customize the files?

Many Workflow Lift products include editable Word or Excel files alongside ready-to-use PDF versions. The exact file formats included are listed on each product page so you can confirm what is editable before purchasing.

How will I receive my purchase?

After checkout is completed, your digital files are delivered through a download link. A download email is also sent to the email address used during checkout. No physical product will be shipped.

Are these just templates?

No. Workflow Lift resources combine practical methodology, structured guidance, and implementation tools. The goal is not simply to give you a blank document, but to help you understand the operating problem, make the right decisions, and put a repeatable system into practice.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Workflow Lift offers a 7-day digital product satisfaction policy. If an eligible digital product is not the right fit after access has been provided, you may request a 50% refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Verified duplicate charges, failed delivery, corrupted or missing files, and other technical errors are handled separately. See the Refund Policy for full terms.
