Workflow Lift was built by Tim Moon, a project manager who kept seeing the same client-delivery breakdowns show up on project after project — missed details at intake, scope that quietly grew past what was agreed, context lost during handoffs, work that went out the door without a real quality check.

None of these problems were dramatic on their own. But they added up, project after project, client after client, and they were costing good people good clients.

So we built the fix: 15 ready-to-use issue kits, each one built around a single, specific client-delivery problem. Every kit gives you a plain-language guide to the issue and its causes, a checklist to prevent it from happening again, and a set of AI prompts you can use directly in ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

Workflow Lift is for freelancers, consultants, and small agencies who run client work and want a system behind them — not a big process overhaul, just the specific fix for whatever’s currently going wrong.
