Workflow Lift sells digital products, including templates, SOPs, checklists, AI prompt packs, workflow guides, and downloadable resources.

Because these are digital products that can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final once a product has been purchased, downloaded, accessed, or delivered.

We do not offer refunds for digital products after access has been provided.

Please review the product description, included files, FAQ, Terms & Disclaimer, and product details before purchasing.

Download or access issues

If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Please include your name, order email, order number if available, and a short description of the issue.

Duplicate purchases or technical errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, made a duplicate purchase, or experienced a technical checkout issue, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the order.

No physical returns

Workflow Lift products are digital downloads. There is no physical product to return.

Refund Policy for service work

The Client Delivery Audit is a service-based product.

You may request a refund before submitting your intake materials or before audit work has started.

Once your completed intake materials have been received and the audit review has begun, the purchase becomes non-refundable because time and service work have been committed to your order.

If you submit incomplete information, Workflow Lift may request additional details before beginning the audit. The 3-business-day delivery window begins after your completed intake materials are received and confirmed.

If Workflow Lift is unable to complete your audit, you will receive either a revised delivery timeline or a refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
